The Companion Animal Hospital Of Traverse City, Michigan is looking for a Receptionist.
This is a part time position to start.
About Traverse City, Michigan
Our small animal practice is located in beautiful Northern Michigan, a favorite vacation spot for generations due to the natural beauty and bountiful outdoor activities (hunting, fishing, skiing, and hiking). It is a great place to live and raise a family. We are on the southeast side of town. The whole region has been among the fastest growing areas in the state for the past 20 years (or more) and our area is growing now.
Our Growing Practice
Dr. Marcia Izo (Seymour) (a 1979 graduate of the Michigan State University school of Veterinary Medicine) built and founded the practice in April of 2002 after serving the area as an associate veterinarian for over 20 years. We have a beautiful state-of-the-art (with newer equipment and fully computerized) facility in a park-like setting. In 2005 we added Dr. Jennifer Kavran, another graduate of the Michigan State University school of Veterinary Medicine. She has been a wonderful addition to our hospital that shares our practice philosophy and vision. In late 2012 Dr. Albert Lynch came out of retirement to continue practicing his blend of Traditional & Alternative Therapies at our practice. In May of 2015 Dr. Kathryn Beiser, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine, joined our practice. Dr. Beiser studied zoology and marine biology at Michigan State University as an undergraduate. During veterinary school, she completed her veterinary acupuncture certification in small animal and equine acupuncture through The Chi Institute of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine.
